Welcome to BodyMindpilates, a private, appointment only studio in Boston’s South End, offering a uniquely personalized approach to movement, healing, and somatic well-being.  

What I offer is shaped as much by who I am as by what I’ve studied. I’ve spent more than three decades teaching, learning, moving, performing, and helping people feel at home in their bodies. That time across dance, acrobatics, Pilates, body and energy work and countless hours with clients has given me a way of seeing people that goes beyond the mechanics of movement to notice subtleties beneath the surface which are sometimes missed.

Here you will find a calm and grounding presence, sense of humor and an ability to shift seamlessly between supportive, encouraging and direct, whatever you may need in the moment.

 

What makes this practice different isn’t just experience and the unique blend of modalities, it’s the quality of attention, the intuitive way sessions unfold and the space to be authentic without pressure or performance.

Sessions draw on biomechanical understanding, nervous-system regulation and trauma-informed principles while also honoring the quieter layers of the body where intuition, patterning and deeper alignment have space to emerge.

You may choose a focused discipline or receive a fully customized session that blends modalities to address structural imbalances, chronic tension, stress, anxiety, energetic depletion or the desire for more embodied presence. Every session is crafted to be technically exacting yet spacious enough for meaningful internal shifts.
